Ingredients

- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice and evaporated milk. Stir them together.
- Add scoops of the vanilla ice cream to the punch bowl.
- Pour the chilled lemon-lime soda over the mixture.
- If using, gently stir in the white rum.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- You can substitute vanilla ice cream with coconut sorbet for a different flavor.
