  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill crust for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract until the mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
