  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
