Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water.
- Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef for chicken.
- Add lime juice to the cooked chicken for extra flavor.
