Instructions
- Place frozen strawberries, frozen banana, milk, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange your desired toppings over the smoothie base.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use less milk for a thicker bowl consistency.
- For a sweeter taste, add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup before blending.
