  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
