A straightforward recipe for a cold pasta salad using spaghetti.

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, celery, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can add cooked, diced chicken or ham for a protein boost.
- For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning to the dressing mixture.
