Quick and easy appetizers featuring smoked salmon on crackers.
Ingredients

- 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 package (4.5 oz) water crackers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon capers, drained
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
- Top each cracker with a small piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish each bite with one or two capers.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute cream cheese with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
- For added flavor, sprinkle a little black pepper over the salmon before serving.
