Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
