- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
Instructions
- Cook the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the water chestnuts, mushrooms, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves.
- Top with green onions and peanuts.
- Serve with Thai chili sauce on the side.

- You can substitute ground turkey or pork for the chicken.
