Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the enoki mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
