- 2 oz fresh strawberry puree
- 1 small strawberry slice for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a flute glass.
- Prepare the strawberry puree by blending fresh strawberries until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree into the chilled flute glass.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim.
Notes
- For a thicker puree, strain the blended strawberries through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Use very cold Prosecco for the best result.
