Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced cucumber and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture.
- Toss gently to coat.
- If using, stir in fresh dill.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
