Ingredients

- 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Place the sliced radishes and cucumbers in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- Gently toss the salad until all vegetables are coated.
- Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
- For a thinner dressing, add one teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- You can substitute dill with fresh parsley or chives.
