Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced radishes and cucumbers in a large bowl.
