- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Chill a mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Begin whipping the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Increase the mixer speed to high and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Do not overmix.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use cold cream for best results in whipping.
- For a thicker cream, chill the mixture for 30 minutes before whipping.
