Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the pesto to the bowl and gently mix until the salmon pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
