- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place French bread halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each bread half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden.
