- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and granulated sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the pecan mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
Notes
- For fudgier brownies, use less flour.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Ensure the pecan topping is evenly distributed.
