- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until the filling is light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Warm each tortilla in the skillet for about 15 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the center of each warm tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla into a taco shape.
- Sprinkle the top of the filling generously with Fruity Pebbles cereal.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can toast the tortillas slightly longer for a crispier shell.
- Chill the filling for 15 minutes before assembling if you prefer a firmer texture.
