A simple and delicious flatbread featuring sweet peaches, salty prosciutto, creamy goat cheese, and peppery arugula.

- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto, torn
- 3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
- Arrange peach slices over the crust.
- Scatter torn prosciutto and crumbled goat cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for best results.
- If you don’t have balsamic glaze, you can reduce balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until thickened.
- Other cheeses like fresh mozzarella or feta can be substituted for goat cheese.
