  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto, torn
  • 3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  3. Arrange peach slices over the crust.
  4. Scatter torn prosciutto and crumbled goat cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.

  7. Top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, if desired.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you don’t have balsamic glaze, you can reduce balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until thickened.
