Description

Make crispy, savory cheese crackers with just one ingredient.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly.
  3. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges are golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the crisps cool on the sheet for 2 minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. They will crisp up as they cool.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of black pepper or garlic powder to the cheese before baking for extra flavor.
  • If you prefer a thinner crisp, press the mounds down more before baking.
