Description
Simple recipe for homemade pizza rolls filled with bacon, ranch, and cheese, coated in garlic butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Do not stretch the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Roll each triangle up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the tip. Pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute pre-cooked chicken for bacon if desired.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray before brushing with garlic butter.
