Description
A quick and flavorful steak dish with onions and peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and stir-fry until browned. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the pan. Add sesame oil.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or broccoli.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce to your preference.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
