Description

Simple, safe-to-eat cookie dough bites made without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
