Ingredients

- 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Add the chopped mint and basil to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
