- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- You can brown the meatballs in a skillet instead of baking if preferred.
