Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, honey or maple syrup, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
