- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, sugar-free
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined, forming a crumbly dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and sugar-free dried cranberries over the crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chocolate is melted and bubbly.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
