Description
A low-carb take on cheeseburger flavors in a convenient quesadilla format.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in pickles, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine.
- Spread half of the beef mixture evenly over two tortillas.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the beef mixture on each of those two tortillas.
- Top with the remaining two tortillas.
- Brush the outsides of the quesadillas with melted butter.
- Cook quesadillas in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

- Serve with your favorite keto-friendly toppings like lettuce, tomato, or sour cream.
