- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin using a sharp knife.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the olive oil over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the pork, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the tenderloin on the preheated grill.
- Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest part.
- Remove the pork from the grill and place it on a cutting board.
- Tent loosely with foil and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, bring the pork to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
