Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and onion. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in sesame oil.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice.

- For extra protein, add tofu or chicken.
