Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, chopped onion, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
