Description
A quick and flavorful shrimp and broccoli stir fry recipe that you can make in under 30 minutes.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for shrimp.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce to your preference.
