Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Do not let the garlic brown.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
