- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Do not let the garlic brown.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
