Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
- Stir in cooked quinoa and chopped nuts (if using) until well combined.
- Spread the mixture thinly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
