- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop the cookie dough into small balls and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- Ensure your flour is heat-treated if you plan to consume the dough raw. To heat-treat flour, spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or microwave it until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it cool completely before using.
