- 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for another minute until combined.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey butter garlic sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
