- 1–2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos, and garlic in a bowl.
- Stir in lime juice and salt.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- For a smoother salsa, pulse ingredients in a food processor.
- Add a pinch of sugar if your tomatoes are not very sweet.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeno for your desired spice level.
