Healthy and delicious no-bake cheesecake bites packed with protein and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pureed strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and water in a food processor. Process until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pureed strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the oat base and spread evenly.
- Top with fresh strawberries.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
