Crispy, healthy quinoa crisps coated in dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the cooked quinoa in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until dry and crispy, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Add the cooled quinoa to the melted chocolate and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the chocolate-coated quinoa back onto the parchment paper in a single layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Break into pieces.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
