- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and minced garlic.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last minute, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese provides the best flavor.
