Simple no-bake peanut butter and oat cups that are quick to make and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared mini muffin cups, pressing down gently.
  5. Place the tin in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Store the cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes
