Irresistible Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Description

Easy and delicious chicken parmesan sliders perfect for any party or gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce, plus more for serving
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half.
  6. Place a cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Top each patty with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return the buns to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Top with fresh basil and the other half of the bun.

Notes

  • You can make the chicken patties ahead of time and reheat them before assembling the sliders.
  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
