Easy and delicious chicken parmesan sliders perfect for any party or gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce, plus more for serving
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Slice the slider buns in half.
- Place a cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each patty with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return the buns to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with fresh basil and the other half of the bun.
Notes
- You can make the chicken patties ahead of time and reheat them before assembling the sliders.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
