- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
- You can substitute blue cheese with gorgonzola if preferred.
