A sweet and smoky BBQ meatloaf recipe that is easy to make and delicious.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
- Spread half of the BBQ sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the remaining BBQ sauce mixture over the top.
- Bake for another 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra smoky flavor, you can add a teaspoon of liquid smoke to the BBQ sauce mixture.
- If you prefer a spicier meatloaf, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
