Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread the Bang Bang sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking to get a slightly crispy top.
- Adjust the sriracha amount to control the spice level.
