Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  5. Spread the Bang Bang sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
