- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, rolled oats, nuts (if using), dried fruit (if using), cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a sweeter bar, you can add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
