Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened and caramelized.
- Baste the chicken with the pan sauce halfway through baking.
