Ingredients

- 1 block (7 oz) feta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Drizzle the feta with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Carefully crack the eggs into the spaces around the feta cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
- You can add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach before baking.
