Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the feta with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes, if using.
  4. Carefully crack the eggs into the spaces around the feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
