  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender strip into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Dredge the egg-coated chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
