- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
